El Salvador Apaneca Pineapple Process is an exceptional Arabica resulting from an innovative fermentation method.

SCA SCORE 85.25

This coffee captivates with its intense tropical aromas: fresh pineapple, vibrant citrus, and subtle cocoa notes. Imported by sail to preserve its integrity and minimize its carbon footprint. The pineapple process fermentation gives it remarkable complexity, revealing persistent fruity layers on the palate. A refined choice for connoisseurs seeking authenticity and responsibility.

 

Our exceptional coffees are roasted to order. This only slightly extends delivery time and guarantees you optimal coffee.

Freshly roasted coffee needs a few days after roasting (degassing phase) for optimal tasting. We therefore advise you to wait three to four days before tasting it.

Our coffees are roasted weekly. Our specialty coffees are roasted to order. This only slightly extends the delivery time, and guarantees you optimal coffee.

 

ABOUT COFFEE ROASTING

A very fresh roast does not guarantee quality in the cup. The coffee will be optimal a few days, or even a few weeks, later.
