The Quaranta company has been synonymous with passion since 1924! The founder Antonio Quaranta, with his wife Alzira, dedicated himself to the artisanal production of nougat and other traditional sweets from Cremona and Bergamo, such as cotton candy, brittle, and pastries. Production took place in a small kitchen on the first floor of their apartment, located in the heart of the old town of Caravaggio. Production was then moved to a new factory by the founder's son, Enrico Quaranta, in the early 70s. Remembering his father's values, he adopted the artisanal characteristics, exclusivity, and exquisiteness that have always distinguished Quaranta products, especially the nougat varieties. The business is still in the hands of the Quaranta family and is continued by the founder's grandchildren in a modern factory equipped with the most efficient production and control systems.
