In China, the country of origin of jasmine teas, the manufacture of teas flavored with fresh jasmine flowers requires the flowers to be removed once the flavoring stage is complete. The dried flowers that adorn certain jasmine teas are added at the end of preparation; they do not contribute in any way to the aromatic power of these teas. In compliance with this traditional know-how and to rediscover the original spirit of these flower teas, our jasmine tea, MANDARIN JASMIN, is now prepared without added dried flowers.
