Poudre à canon

Called "gunpowder" by Westerners and "tea pearls" by the Chinese, this tea evokes the preparation of Moroccan mint tea. Use 1 tablespoon of tea for 50 cl of water, a small bunch of fresh mint, and a few pieces of sugar. Perfect with fish, lemon, mint, smoked meat, or barbecue.
